CNN journalist Larry Madowo has been listed among the 100 most Influential Africans for the 3rd time in a row!
Among the 100 most Influential Africans Taking to his social media page to celebrate the news the journalist gushed over how honoured he truly felt before surprising the masses by adding that he felt he was not worthy of the accolades.
Sharing the great news Larry captioned his post, "I’m honoured to be named among the 100 Most Influential Africans for the 3rd time! I’m not worthy to be on this list but I’m grateful."
The 100 Most Influential Africans list is curated by the New Africa Magazine.
Friends and fans flocked his page to congratulate him and highlight how worthy they saw him as his journey to the top from Kenya's leading media houses to London and the USA has been noteworthy and inspirational to many.
Back in 2020, the American-based reporter was also recognized among 115 Young Global Leaders of the year.
Each year, the World Economic Forum names its Young Global Leaders who are under the age of 40.
The organization comes up with a list of 115 names that it describes as individuals with a vision of making the world a better place.
