Bahati's baby mama Yvette Obura has stunned her fans and netizens in general after she took to her official Instagram page to post pictures of her new body.

The mother of one looked stunning and spotted a snatched waist a big step from her previous figure.

Yvette put up two photos showing off her body from 2 months ago comparing it with how she looked right now. She went on to attribute her new body to a weight loss program known as intermittent fasting.

 
 

Captioning the photo Yvette wrote, "February 9th, 2023 VS April 1st 2023🤷‍♀️🤷‍♀️Ok bye Intermittent Fasting."

Fans marveled at the quick transformation with some asking for more information on the steps she did while others pointed out that 2 months was such a short period of time to lose all that body weight.

 

On her Instagram stories, she put up another post for the doubting Thomas's showing the drastic changes that had occurred in just the first week of February.

 

She also shared her weight statistics between February 9th and February 17th to prove she was hitting her goals.

She captioned it, "re-posting this for some of you all!"

"Two months difference. Going hard in April" she further announced.

Intermittent fasting, which is also known as intermittent energy restriction, is an umbrella term for various meal timing schedules that cycle between voluntary fasting (or reduced calorie intake) and non-fasting over a given period.

Methods of intermittent fasting include alternate-day fasting, periodic fasting, and daily time-restricted feeding.

It is basically an eating plan that switches between fasting and eating on a regular schedule.
