Tanzania's bongo superstar Harmonize has finally addressed rumours as to why he used his ex-fiancee's look-alike in the music video of his hit song, 'Single Again.'

According to the 29-year-old artist, it had nothing to do with clout chasing or throwing jabs at his ex-lover, Fridah Kajala, he settled on the video vixen identified as Caren Simba all because of her great acting skills and her well-endowed body figure.

"I KNOW EVERYONE NOW TALKING ABOUT @caren simba Trying to be Like my X in the Video Yes DIRECTOR @director_kenny came up with Idea & I love it he was like WE CAN DO THIS VIDEO WITH CAREEN…. I was like, WHY?" started off Konde Boy.

He went on to point out that it wasn't even his idea to feature the curvaceous vixen in the video, to begin with but his director's and apparently he had two very good reasons as to why they should use Caren.

"KENNY Said Number 1. We are making VIDEO & SHORT FILM, we need a Girl that can also be a good actress Number 2. KENNY said Everyone knows that You Love Big Booty, so let Get A Girl with BIG BOOTY, Director Kenny is crazy but finally we made a world anthem" the artist said shutting down claims that he just chose her because she resembled his ex, Kajala.

He however did reveal that Kajala was actually the person who had motivated him to write and release the song.

According to Harmonize, he was trying to find a way to move on from the actress, and what better way than to pen his emotions and frustrations?

Konde Boy maintains he was in the studio trying to find an outlet to help his healing process and didn't expect to make a global hit while at it.

"My ex Inspired me to make this Global Hit Song Yes I can Even swear to God !!!!! I was in Love & I was Looking for A good way to heal After a PAINFUL heartbreak.

I ended up to making this GLOBAL HIT SONG GOD IS GOOD, I'M DOING OK & I'm Like MIMI HUYU HUYU... Yes it's Life!" Part of his Instagram post read.

Harmonize also revealed that most of his songs include bits of his personal life as he always finds a way to communicate with his fans through his music.

"The one thing about me is I sing about my life anything I am going through, I normally share with you because I believe my life story can change the world." Said the "Amelowa" artist.
