Award-winning actress Catherine Kamau popularly known as Kate Actress has downplayed breakup rumours with a new video with hubby Director Phillip Karanja.
On Saturday, Kate shared a video that captures her enjoying a meal with her husband during an outdoor birthday party. The video seems to be an indirect reply to critics who have been questioning the status of their marriage.
Over the past few weeks, rumour had it that there was trouble in paradise after Kate allegedly deleted (archived) her recent photos with Director Phil on Instagram.
However, the new video confirms otherwise as the two were seen enjoying each other’s company.
Towards the end of this week, both Kate and Phillip dismissed a radio presenter who was trying to find out if the breakup rumours are true.
Philip Karanja ended the interview abruptly, as Kate Actress made it clear that she was only willing to talk about work and nothing personal.
"I don't understand, are you calling me about work? If you are calling me about my family that's different," Kate said as she ended the call.
The two have been married for over five years now and have one daughter together.
