Actor and Content creator Tyler Kamau Mbaya is eulogizing his late father.
In a hearty Instagram post, Tyler revealed that it was his dad's birthday and were his old man still alive he'd be turning 68 years old.
The post comprised of a family photo where a younger Tyler could be seen smiling proudly as he held a trophy. In frame are his parent and two other unidentified individuals who seem equally proud and jovial.
The new dad in his message to his late father highlighted that he has always done his level best to honour his dad and make him proud.
"Pops you would have been Sixty Eight🥳🥺🎈 It's taken me so Long to fully understand everything you taught me💎," started off the digital content creator.
Although in previous interviews he has on several occasions hinted that he and his dad had a strained relationship and he was practically raised by a single mom as the dad hustled out of the country, Mbaya went on to praise his dad and all the moments they had shared even though short.
"I cherish every moment we spent Dad❣️ Words just can't cut it😮💨 I know I've always tried to make you Proud... Still do even though at times I come short of your teachings🤦🏾♂️," part of his heart warming post read.
Finishing up he maintained his dad would forever be his hero as he asked him to pass his greetings to his wife who passed away 2 years before him.

Speaking during a past interview Tyler revealed his dad passed on 2 years after his wife (Tyler's mom) had passed. He also talked of how his dad had been missing in action up until 2011 when he was deported from the US and back to Kenya.
