Gospel singer Mercy Masika has advised people in marriage to choose to grow and not expect the marriage to get rid of their issues.
Taking to her social media, the UNHCR Goodwill Ambassador wrote;
"In marriage the real you shows up. Marriage actually shows/ exposes who you are. If you are angry, lazy, greedy, kind, insensitive etc it becomes magnified.Good news is you can choose to grow/change or not."
Masika has been married to her husband David Muguro for years and recently showed that chivalry is still there when she shared a photo of her hubby helping her undo her hair.
"So I just saw this picture my daughter took sometime ago and I thought...well this is Romantic. Its not those hot pictures couples take for Instaš¤£but this small things he does mean aloot. But it says alot to me. My hubby is always going out of his way to make me and his kids happy. So much love for you @davidtmuguro. We will be doing this when we are old."
