Singer Akothee is set to walk down the aisle today. The singer is also celebrating her 40th birthday in a day she is set to become Mrs Schweizer 'Omosh'.
The 'Sweet Love' singer said she had dreamt of always having her wedding on her birthday.
"Happy birthday Queen Mother. Mother Nation and A WIFE. Help me Wish My ESTHER AKOTH KOKEYO A HAPPY 4Th Floor birthday 🎂MY main Wish was to get married in my birthday. Happy Birthday mommy ,I love you my AKOTH 💋💋💋," she wrote about herself on Instagram
Akothee has sublimized her wedding and even asked the invitees not to attend if they lack gifts.
"Just know that you don't enter without a gift. I said earlier Yes it's better 🤣🤣🤣🤣. Ooh things, I didn't even know what to bring. There is no this time," Akothee said.
While she travelled to buy her gown, the mother of five also bought inner garments, claiming she doesn't do local ones.
"I had traveled to buy my inner wears since I do not buy local ones. Those are some of the important things in my life," she said.
"The gown cost me about sh700k to purchase it in one of the best places in the world," she said.
