Kenyan musician Nadia Mukami is officially the queen of music in the East African region.

Yep! This is after the artist won the Afrimma Award for Best female artist in the city of Kumukiya.

Mukami was vying for the award in 2023 with other artists like Zuchu and Maua Sama from Tanzania.

Writing about the victory, Mukami thanked her fans who believed in her and officially declared herself the queen.

Fans congratulated her saying that it is the year that she has put a lot into her music.

It will be remembered that Nadia has also been nominated for the Trace awards which will soon be held for the first time in Africa, in Kigali.
