Digital content creator Pritty Vishy is opening up on why she is strongly against marrying a man who is not financially stable.
In a video that she shared on her YouTube channel, the 21 year old had candid, emotional and hilarious conversations with her mother on the whole subject where Vishy made it vehemently clear she's never be with a partner who doesn't provide for her fully.
According to the upcoming artist she is so set on breaking the poverty cycle that has had her family on crutches and she cannot do so by aligning herself with "unestablished" men.
"I honestly don't want to follow in my mother's footsteps. I want to avoid the same struggles she went through," started off the digital content creator who last year announced that she was the first female in her mom's side of the family to ever complete high school and avoid teenage pregnancy.
She went on to add that her goal was to be everything her mom couldn't be and then some more and that is why she needs a man who can provide for her and their family comfortably.
"I'm determined to fight poverty, early marriage, and unplanned pregnancies. My goal is to be with a financially stable man who can provide for our family comfortably," added Vishy.
On what contribution she would bring to the table as a woman the digital content creator maintained that being a wife and a mother was simply enough and nothing more should be expected of her.
Pritty Vishy maintained that she would be willing to up and go if the marriage turned sour and the man stopped providing for her and their kids, noting she would not sacrifice her happiness for anything like the women of the past.
"I know am a hardworking woman, but me being your wife and giving birth is enough. If you are not a happy provider who will give me and our kids a happy life, then I am out," the 21 year old told her mom in a matter of fact way, confident in her statement.
