Nigerian Afrobeat musician, David Adeleke, popularly known as Davido, extended his generous hands to a female fan from the United States during his recent concert at Madison Square Garden (MSG) in New York City.

From a video from the event, the lady was seen holding a banner requesting assistance to pay her bills.

Davido, who was performing his album Timeless at the venue with a capacity to accommodate 19,500 seated fans, spotted the banner of the fan seated in the front row near the stage.

The 31-year-old hitmaker took the banner from the lady before calling her up on stage and handing her a microphone to ask about her school fees debt.

The lady mentioned that she needed at least one hundred thousand dollars (Ksh 13.25m), and Davido called his assistant and instructed them to give the lady fifty thousand dollars (Ksh 6.63m) in cash to solve her problem.

The female fan was overwhelmed as she expressed her gratitude to Davido while exiting the stage.
