Gospel singer Mash Mwana lost his father to covid-19. This weekend, he laid him to rest at their home in Makueni.
Celebrities flocked the burial in support of their own. Those who attended include Bahati, DJ Mo, Mr Seed, Masterpiece, DK Kwenye Beat among others.
Announcing the death of his dad last week, Mwana broke into tears;
"The first time I heard about corona, I thought it was just normal but right now my father is no more. He has just died today because of the coronavirus"
During the burial, Mwana shared an emotional message;
"A father to the fatherless, a defender of widows, is God in His Holy dwelling. God sets the lonely in families, he leads out the prisoners with"
The singer had called upon fans and friends to help him settle the Sh500,000 hospital bill that he had been left with.
