Khloe Kardashian and Tristan Thompson finally returned to Los Angeles from Cleveland over the weekend after the birth of their first child in April.
And perhaps they are yet to stock up on groceries as the couple were photographed making a quick dash to McDonalds on Tuesday.
While Khloe, 33, went makeup-free, it seems Tristan didn't have time to put on a shirt as he drove her black Rolls Royce through a drive thru.
The new mom was seen happily snacking on fries in the passenger seat wearing black Porsche aviators.
The blonde reality star appeared to be wearing a casual baggy black t-shirt on the food run, but showed off a pink manicure on her long nails.
The outing came as it was confirmed on Tuesday that Khloe will address the Tristan cheating scandal on the upcoming 15th season of her E! show Keeping Up With The Kardashians.
In April, just days before Khloe gave birth to their daughter True, the NBA star was accused of being unfaithful as photos and videos emerged of him with multiple women.
A source told Us Weekly: 'They always discuss real life things on the show. They’ve never ignored a topic,
'It will definitely be brought up, but they don’t know how much. They can film hours about it, but in the end, Khloé is one of the executive producers and will have final say on what actually makes air.'
But Khloe has apparently promised the Cleveland Cavaliers player that it won't be a 'huge storyline' as he has made it known that he would prefer it not to be brought up at all.
'He doesn’t understand why it has to be addressed, but Khloe has said if it’s not dealt with on the show, questions will continue to linger'
A second insider dished: 'No one has heard from Khloé directly about what she felt or what she has gone through, and she pointed out to Tristan that she won’t do anything to hurt him by briefly discussing the cheating. She has moved on from it.'
While Khloe will address the situation, it was confirmed earlier this month that Tristan won't appear on the show.
