Sauti Sol has decided to break the hearts of many Kenyans.

After giving us the best of the best this year collaborating with the likes of Tiwa Savage, Yemi Alade and our very own Khaligraph Jones they have decided to pass the baton to the upcoming stars.

Sauti Sol and Khaligraph Jones

Bien, the lead lyricist of Sauti Sol explained that they are officially opening up a record label.

They have signed a few artiste and each Sauti Sol band member has a specific assignment on what role they play in the new venture.

Polycarp will be handling A&R, Chimano who will be handling the creative part when it comes to looks and Savara will be handling production together with business and tech alongside Marek, their manager, while Bien who will be overseeing everything.

Bien called himself the kizangela mwenyewe.

They confessed that they have, and are working with so many artistes behind the scene, though people are not aware.

Bien said that before August the label will be up and running, that is when we will meet their signed talent.

After they fed us the good news, they dropped a bombshell.

Sauti Sol has decided to retire because they have done it all. I mean they are at the peak of their career.

Sauti Sol shocked us even more when they mentioned that they have plans to relocate.

Yaani, move from Kenya kabisaaaaaa.

“THIS IS WHERE WE ANNOUNCE THAT WE ARE RETIRING AS SAUTI SOL AND TUNARELOCATE AT SOME POINT. TUMESHAFANYA KILA KITU MNATAKA TUFANYE NINI?”

Bien made it clear that they have not stopped music because later in life they will be make a comeback.

They want to fly out and come back to hit the industry hard just like Nyashinski is doing.

The topic on Msupa S came up and Chimano said that artistes should know that just because Sauti Sol are on billboards does not mean that they have made it to the top.

Msupa S has decided to sell confidence and it will eventually pay her, so she should keep at it.

Here is our wish list of artistes that Sauti Sol should sign to their label
