She has gone through the toughest moment of her life after she was diagnosed with Endometriosis.
Jahmby has been asking her fans and followers to help her through the journey of her illness and recovery by donating some money for her to cover medical bills.
Many people came through for her and still are despite all the rumors surrounding her illness. A friend to her aunty came out saying she is extorting money from her fans to build apartments with her mother.
Jahmby, who only asks to heal in peace came out to clear the rumors saying:
IT HAS COME TO MY ATTENTION THAT FALSE INFORMATION IS BEING SHARED ABOUT THE COST OF MY TREATMENT. I’VE SHARED MY JOURNEY FROM 2015 AND THE PUBLIC IS AWARE OF THIS ENDOMETRIOSIS BATTLE. MY MOM, MY SIS AND I HAVE MET ALL OUR MEDICAL BILLS EVEN AFTER MY GRANDMOTHER PASSED AWAY. IT’S ALSO QUITE DISAPPOINTING TO NOTE THAT CLOSE RELATIVES, WHO HAVE NOT BEEN SUPPORTIVE ARE SPREADING MALICIOUS AND DAMAGING INFORMATION.IT IS WITH UTMOST SINCERITY THAT I CAME OUT TO ASK FOR HELP BECAUSE THORACIC ENDOMETRIOSIS IS A RARE CONDITION AND THE SPECIALISTS DEALING WITH IT ARE IN AMERICA.
THIS JOURNEY HAS BEEN A TREACHEROUS ONE BUT WITH THE SUPPORT OF THE MILLIONS OF KENYANS, I WILL GET TREATED AND COME BACK TO HELP OTHER WOMEN FACING THIS CONDITION.

She seems to be bothered by the many other issues surrounding her illness as this time she had an announcement for her followers. Since Jahmby has been sick for quite some time and things seemed to be getting worse even when she thought things were getting better, many think she has been cursed.
This journey for her has taught her what it means to believe in God because when she thought all hope is lost, God comes through for her always.
Jamhby took to social media with a post pointing out the many DM's she's been getting that are negative and so she decided to address them. She wrote:
Hey fam let's make a few things clear. My DM has been filled with some of these peeps of late.Please don't come in my DM
1. 'advising me about my hair', 'it's not acceptable and i should shave'
2. Asking me to visit pastors and prophets for healing and altogether absconding my treatment and therapies
3. Asking me to carry out rituals and how i should visit the elders
4. I'm not cursed.
Just accept me. Accept the fact that I've broken barriers by speaking about menstruation. A taboo topic. Accept that I'm in the fight to make sure our women get the best reproductive healthcare.
My hair ain't got nothing to do with this. I think my brain, my heart, my uterus and my love for God does. This is a milestone for all women that we shall be silent no more. Reproductive health issues are affecting all of us rich and poor. Educated and alternatively educated. Married and single. We as women are fighting with biological functions. If you understand that, then you will know that this is about the millions of women fighting for freedom from pain.
