Dennis Itumbi is remembering his friend Jacque Maribe at this hard time. The State House Digital Director has penned down a message to the Citizen TV news anchor as he keeps her in prayer.

Itumbi wrote on twitter:

"Jacqueline Maribe, you remain in my prayers. May Justice, like many waters be done. May Monica & her family find the answers they deserve & those responsible be punished as per by law established. But may you find Justice, that you equally deserve. You got my hand of friendship."

Maribe was today given time to go for mental assessment at the Mathare mental hospital. She will be remanded in Lang'ata women's prison as she awaits for court hearing on Monday.

She together with her fiance Jowie are suspects on the death of businesswoman Monica Kimani. Kimani was found dead at her Kilimani apartment in her bathtap with her neck slit.

Irungu on the other hand is remanded at the industrial area.
