Zari who is a frequent flier says that while she enjoys the services KQ has to offer as they are a very comfortable carrier, she is done with constantly losing her items -and she did not put it in such tender terms.
Zari says that she was recently on a fight to Entebbe in Uganda when she came landed and realized some of her luggage had been pilfered. And trust you me that Zari was one miffed lady! She took to her social media accounts to blast KQ management and the entire staff saying she was done with what she alleges was theft.

What is a person supposed to do? I cant carry then hand luggage. I always get robbed on Kenya airlines but my perfumes was a wrong place to touch that's why am not keeping quite today. My new suit am supposed to wear for a meeting tmrw is also missing. I spent $2440 on last minute booking coz I had to be in Uganda and this is how you repay me. Shame on you Kenya Airlines
