"Red flags" hitmaker Ruger shocked netizens when he took to his socials to praise Kenyan artist Stevo Simple Boy.

According to the 23-year-old, he feels that Stevo is a great example of going above and beyond without letting the world dull your shine.

Ruger also highlighted he feels that the two share a similar musical journey as he also had to overcome several odds before his breakthrough.

And guess what? It turns out comedian Eric Omondi wasn't lying Ruger and Simple boy will be sharing a stage in Mombasa on come 28th of December.

Speaking on their set performance Ruger said, "Stevo has shown the world that anything is possible despite trolls and all that.

And I am ready to share the stage with him come the 28th in Nyali, Mombasa."

Stevo excitedly said he was ready to show Ruger how it was done.

Eric Omondi was mad adamant to make sure Ruger's return to Kenya wouldn't go down like it did last time while he was performing in Meru.

A month ago the comedian revealed that even though Ruger was coming back to Kenya for another performance barely two months after his last one, this time round the artist will be playing our tunes and not his.

He went on to claim that he'd come into agreement with the team bring Ruger that Kenyan artists would be headliners and not curtain raisers among other things.

"Yesterday I received a call from the Promoters that are bringing Ruger to Diani in December, we had a very long meeting and agreed on a few Irreducible Minimums." Started off the entertainer.

For those new to the word, “irreducible minimum” is a fundamental necessity or requirement.

In layman's tongue, an absolute necessity.

He went on to state a few pointers that he claims he and the team flying Ruger into the country had agreed on.

These included:

1. Ruger will do a single Collabo with Simple boy to Introduce him to the Nigerian Market.

2. Ruger will invite either Simple boy or Ndovu Kuu to one of his Concerts in Nigeria.

3. Simple boy will perform last as the Show Stopper of the show, among others.
