Kenyan blogger Martha Hinga was left with egg on the face after a post aimed at shaming Mugithi star Samidoh backfired.

Hinga had taken to her socials to shame Samidoh's wife Edday who was 'left' for Karen Nyamu.

According to the blogger, Nyamu is the 'better option.

Sharing an old photo of Edday and Samidoh, she captioned

"These pictures made me shed tears. Yaani unamould mwanaume from scratch akishaakuwa famous anatafuta "A better option"," Martha Hinga captioned the photos.

Samidoh fired back at the blogger saying despite everything his wife looks better than Hinga.

"Sijawahi kuwa na nyumba kama hiyo yenye imetandikwa vitambaa. Na ata kukiwa na options, si unaona bado anakaa vizuri kukushinda? You have become a very stupid person," Samidoh wrote.

Martha Hinga was irked by Samidoh's savage response. She/he wondered why the musician insulted him yet he had not reprimanded other gossip sites that talk about him.

"Samidoh yaani umeona tu unitusi na haujawahi tusi akina Tuko, Mwago wa Mugikuyu, etc. Ti uhoro," Martha Hinga wrote.

Samidoh and his wife Edday Nderitu met while still in school. 

The couple shares three kids.

The artiste who was brought up without sisters revealed he was shy when approaching his wife.

In an interview, the father of three said;

''I was brought up without a sister and so even approaching a girl was not easy. I could not even say hello to a girl. After I met her in high school and said hello, it's like she was also into it. 

He described his wife as a "good girl".

Speaking about his first date, Samidoh said it was in high school.

''I bought her some snacks and that is all.''

About his most embarrassing moment, Samidoh said that the first day I ate a queen cake, he ate it together with its pocket.

''Another one is my first day on a flight I avoided visiting the washroom. I feared I would open the exit door. For five hours, I did not visit the washroom.''

On how he handles female DM's, Samidoh said;

''I get a lot of DMs from women but you learn how to handle that. Know that there is a fan but remember you have a family. Also, I can't snob fans since they feed us.''
