American rapper Bill Kahan Kapri popularly known by his stage name, Kodak Black is currently a wanted man by the police in Florida.

The arrest warrant for the "Roll in Peace" hitmaker was issued after he allegedly violated his bail conditions by failing a drug test earlier this month.

Kodak could be looking at some new jail time barely a year and a half after he was released from prison.

According to new legal documents seen online, a judge signed off an arrest warrant in Kodak's name late last week (on Thursday) which just got filed in Broward County court yesterday.

In the paperwork, it says Kodak is to be taken into custody if any sheriff's deputies encounter him.

The judge maintains that the award-winning artist was found to have messed up twice already in recent weeks and this was inexcusable.

His problems started in the first week of this month. For starters on the 3rd of February, Kodak was supposed to report for a random drug test but the agency where he was supposed to report called reporting that the artist was a no-show for screening.

To top it off he failed to submit a sample for that day. The following week, on the 8th of February, the above-mentioned agency reports that Kodak did submit a sample but they allege it came back dirty.

According to them, the "Super Gremlin" hitmaker was positive for traces of fentanyl although it is still unclear how much. However, what is certain is that the traces were high enough for a judge to tell issue a warrant for authorities to go after him.

Kodak seems to be in quite a pickle because according to the legal documents if he's arrested there are additional orders to hold him without bond until his next hearing in his Oxy case from last year.

If you don't remember, Kodak was arrested in July last year for possession of a controlled substance without prescription and trafficking.

This is after the police say they found upwards of 31 oxycodone pills in his car, which was found during a traffic stop in Ft. Lauderdale. He, however, posted $75,000 bail and was released, but was given a few rules he must follow mostly keeping his pee clean, something it seems he has been unable to keep.

As far as we can tell, plus all the online chatter going around the celebrity hasn't been arrested by the time of publication.
