EMB Records boss Kelvin 'Bahati' Kioko has assured fellow singer Esther Akoth aka Akothee that he will continue to support her no matter what.

In his statement on Tuesday, the former gospel singer described Akothee as a hero and a treasure in the music industry in Kenya and assured her of their love for her.

He said that no public opinion can define the mother of five kids and pointed out that he does not care about the things about her that he has been seeing on the internet.

"Madam Boss, My Mother and Friend @Akotheekenya ..,. No Public Opinion Can Define You... You are a Hero and a Treasure in our Kenyan music industry, We love you,” Bahati said via Instagram.

He added, "I see a lot of words online but I don't care and I don't need an explanation, as long as you're happy that's the most important thing!!! Your well-being is more important."

Bahati continued to assure the 43-year-old singer and entrepreneur that he was ready to support him in anything that would bring her happiness.

"Just to let you know that tomorrow, if you call us a wedding, we will come soon. Your happiness is our happiness," he said.

Bahati and his wife Diana Marua were among the celebrities who attended the wedding of Akothee and Denis 'Omosh' Schweizer which took place at the Windsor Golf Hotel & Country Club in Nairobi on April 10, 2023.

The musician's message to Akothee comes just a few days after the mother of five hinted that things have not been going well in the past few months and that she has been having special sessions with a psychologist.
