Kenyan global trotting medical practitioner, Judy Maina popularly known by her social media handles as Nurse Judy has wowed netizens after showing off her close to Sh.1 million biweekly cheque.

Yes people you read that correctly, biweekly!

On her Instagram page the nurse shared a video showing off her paycheck as she offered a few words of encouragement to fellow Kenyans hoping to come to the US to work as medical practitioners.

In the video she shared a screen grab that highlighted she had been paid $6,189.34, that translates to Sh.924,327!

Captioning the video the elated mom who couldn't stop smiling as she danced to Chris Brown and Lil Wayne's hit song, 'Loyal' went on to write;

"Enjoying bank balance on biweekly payday from both jobs before I channel it to bills, savings and investments and I will be back to $100 tomorrow,"

On advice she'd give medical practitioners looking for greener pastures in the UK Judy wrote;

"Nurses coming from Kenya to America I have some transparency info for you.

Initially, when you arrive here you might feel the strain with the rate that the international agencies offer nurses coz its in the 30s which I tell nurses it's still okay because they have done the biggest part for you, getting you a green card and helping you with a smooth transition to America,"

"On how I pay my bills, I always use the monies from the biweekly from both sources to sort out most of my bills. And use my second biweekly from all sources including content creation monetisation money to channel to savings, investment and projects."

The content creator also advised her followers living in America not to save their money in banks citing the money will never grow.

"Please don’t save with your bank it will never grow. I only leave a couple of dollars in my bank for my miscellaneous use. Otherwise, most of the time, my bank balance will never read more than 400$ unless it's on payday before I disperse it accordingly."

This comes in just 2 weeks after Judy had released an emotional video highlighting that sometimes she wishes to quit her job as nursing in America is draining both physically, mentally and emotionally.

"I am honestly tired of the toxic relationship between me and nursing," started off Judy.

"Nursing in Kenya is physically draining but nursing in America is extremely mentally draining and just generally tiring, it will take a toil on you, it will push your limits.

Some of us are just holding on to the passion, majority of the American nurses who mainly join because of the money are quitting very fast," added Judy in part noting some days she feels like it is the worst thing to ever happen to her.
