Artist Kelvin Kioko popularly known as Bahati has confirmed that he is collaborating with artist from Trinidad, Nicki Minaj.
The musician in a conversation with SPM Buzz revealed that the collaboration is ready and he will release it in 2024, saying that it is something real even though many consider it just a rumour to chase clout.
He revealed that it was not easy to get a collaboration with the beauty who has one of the most expensive rate cards in the world.
He also claimed that he spent up to 8 million shillings to complete his dream.
"Fans, calm down, the collaboration comes out in 2024. It cost me about 8 million shillings," Bahati said.
His wife Diana Marua confirmed the alleged collaboration but also claimed that there was another collaboration that they would do with Cardi B.
The artist also thanked his fans saying that this year has been good compared to the last which ended with deep gloom when he lost the vote in the Mathare parliamentary election.
Within 9 days, his dance with Nadia Mukami 'Baby You' has reached more than one million viewers even without needing much effort to promote it.
"The fans have calmed down and I am very grateful for their support, my new song with Nadia Mukami Baby You, it kills, we released that song when we are very busy, Nadia is planning a concert and I am also working on a very big project for 2024, and still the fans have supported us without much promo, we have reached a million viewers one," he said.
