Teen rapper, singer, and songwriter Mario TJ Cassela professionally known as Trio Mio has revealed that his intense determination coupled up with his mom's guidance and managerial skills is what helped keep him afloat even while he was in school.

According to the 'Cheza Kama Wewe' hitmaker even though he was in high school and awaiting to do his national exams that did not stop him from putting in the work.

"I have a team. In my team, I work with my mom and my creative director. So when we used to close school for one week, just know that week I would be working.

The only time I had with my friends was when we were leaving school. From outside the gate I had all the time till we got home.

Once I got home it was studio sessions back to back. I was in and out of studios as well as doing video shoots and photos," started off the celebrated rapper while speaking during an Interview that was posted on SPM Buzz's Instagram page.

He went on to add that the work they put in is what had most Kenyans assuming that he does not attend school or is not serious with his studies. Little did they know that his team were the ones managing his accounts.

"We used to utilize that one week properly. So when I went back to school they had enough content.

Per day I could even change my wardrobe like  6 times so that I could take photos in so many different locations. I would also do freestyles here and there,"

Finishing up he noted that all content they used to gather would be utilized once he was done with the holiday break which used to leave netizens perplexed.

"Afterwards, like when I go back in school I was not posting. But my team was there posting. So people are there wondering eehh kwani this boy doesn't ever study. All along I'm in school," said the young man enthusiastically.
