Bey T broke through the entertainment scene like a shockwave, taking everyone by storm especially after her beef with Tanasha Donna. Then almost as fast as she'd crashed through, the first rising singer ad rapper disappeared from the scene.
Celebrating her birthday, 25-year-old Bey T finally addressed her hiatus giving fans a closer glimpse into her personal life and things she has been occupying herself with.
"+1 around the sun 🌤🤍 twenty-five, long time no see Bey team 🤍 I know saying it’s been a minute would be an understatement. It’s been an hour, a day, months, years.
God took His time on us, and we should never hesitate to take time for ourselves. U vs. u. Lock in!! It has been crucial in my journey to isolate and focus on my physical, mental, and spiritual health as an artist and as a woman in Christ," candidly stated the 'Wololo' hitmaker in a lengthy post shared on her Instagram page.
She went on to share several images documenting her journey with one highlighting her meditating and another of her kicking it at the gym. In another, Bey T could be seen in church, symbolizing her spiritual growth.
"I encourage you to take similar steps if it’s your season. Embrace becoming who God created you to be. 💗
To my day one supporters who have shown concern during my time away, I want you to know I’m doing more than okay. I’m excited to share my art and new discoveries with you ❤️" the birthday girl deeply added.
Finishing up, the birthday girl included a Bible verse in her caption as she teased her fans with a musical comeback by, sharing a behind-the-scenes look from the studio.
"I am grateful for each and every one of you, even the haters ❤️ Sending love your wayyy and stay tuned ❤️" the last of her post read.
Bey T's last album, Pink PM, was released in 2023.
