Tanzanian songstress Nandy has captured Kenyans heart following the release of her hit song, Ninogeshe.

Nandy collaborated with Kenyan singer Willy Paul in a song dubbed “Njiwa” which has hit over six million views on Youtube.

For the first time, the award-winning bongo star has come out to reveal how she convinced Pozze to change his style and adopt hers…And we loved it.

The “Aibu” hitmaker revealed that she declined Willy Paul's first song and later gave him one of her own. She told that:

I MET WILLY PAUL WHEN I CAME FOR A MEDIA TOUR HERE IN KENYA FOR MY SONG NINOGESHE. HE HAD A CONVERSATION WITH MY MANAGER BEFORE SO WHEN I CAME, IT WAS THE RIGHT TIME.

She then spilled the beans saying:

HE GAVE ME A SONG FROM HIS STUDIO AND I TOLD HIM THAT HE HAD TO CHANGE SO I GAVE HIM A SONG. SO WE DID NJIWA, HE LOVED IT AND THEN WE SHOT IT.

The African princess revealed these details at the Coke Studio 2019 session, where she is set to collabo with Kenya’s Nadia Mukami, an experience she says has changed her life.
