Jalang'o and his wife
Akothee's wedding is a star studded ceremony. The singer's bridal team is comprised of Lang'ata MP Phelix 'Jalang'o' Odiwuor, Milly Wa Jesus and her husband Kabi Wa Jesus, Azziad Nasenya among others.
The guest list is also star studded as celebrities arrived hours before the lady of the day.
Celebrities in attendance include Janet Mbugua, Alex Mwakideu, Njugush, Sandra Dacha, PLO Lumumba, Dr Ofweneke, Lupita Nyo'ng'o's mother among others.
After leaving the Boma Hotel where she had been staying for the night, Akothee was taken to the venue using a convertible car. At the entrance of the Windsor Golf and Country Club, Akothee was received by a chariot which took her to the wedding set.
