Social media streets are abuzz with excitement and curiosity after media personality Amina Abdi Rabar revealed how comedian Njugush used to buy her food during her college days.
According to The Trend host, her pockets were a little too tight back in the day and she was greatly suffering trying to make ends meet. But luckily she had a night in shining armour.
The gorgeous TV host claims Timothy Kimani popularly known as Njugush would buy food for her or share his meals with her during those days.
However, fans are poking holes in her story with most doubting Amina's words. This is because on several occasions, Njugush has opened up on how his wife Celestine Ndinda aka Wakavinye used to support him financially and sometimes pay his bills back when he was in college and the two were dating.
As a matter of fact, the actor has nothing but praise for his wife, whom they now share 2 kids with, for sticking with him when he had absolutely nothing.
Speaking after interviewing the comedian on the Trend Show on Friday, May 19, the media personality revealed Njugush used to buy her food in college. She maintained since they were doing the same course in school they had built good rapport with each other and were close friends.
And due to the nature of their friendship, Njugush used to come through for Amina during her struggles. And thus he would buy her food almost every day while they were students.
When I was in college, I had absolutely no money and Timo (Njugush) would give me his food almost every day as a brother and a very good friend," Amina warmly revealed reminiscing over their college days.
Neither Njugush or his wife have commented on the story as of now.
