"So somebody told me I've noticed in your videos that your hair is thinning and I was like oh yeah, my hair is thinning.

And the reason it's thinning is one, I don't have a thyroid, so sometimes when my thyroxine levels are low and my hair, of course, thins.

And of course, I'm gonna be 60 next year. So if you're going to be 60, obviously, you'll have to lose some hair," the politician candidly said.

The legislator noted that self-love is the best gift one can bestow upon themselves as it helps you deal with everything else.

"But this is the thing, no matter what you're going through in life, you've got to love yourself.

You got to look in the mirror in the morning and just say to yourself, I love you, no matter what. Because once you love yourself, then you can pick up any other pieces and move on with it," she said winding up.

Captioning the video which she ended up sharing on her Instagram page as well she wrote;

"Embrace yourself #self love #Kenyan MP,"
