Nigerian artist Ahmed Ololade popularly known by his stage name Asake is a proud man after acquiring the latest Mercedes G-Wagon AMG G63 SUV.
The 2023 model luxury car is estimated to cost around $179,000, which translates to Sh.25.9 million and in Nairas N136 million!
Seems when the 28-year-old sang "Mr Money...I'm loaded," in his hit song 'Loaded' featuring Tiwa Savage he really wasn't lying.
Taking to his Instagram stories the Afro beats artist showed off his new whip in a series of Instagram stories.
In the series of pictures posted on his page, Asake loudly celebrated his multi-million luxury purchase. Announcing the arrival of his whip, he stood on top of the vehicle's bonnet striking different poses.
Asake was dressed in a black turtle neck and dark wide-bottom jeans paired with black sunnies to match the jet-black exterior of his Mercedes truck.
In another photo, he showed off the car's trunk as he posed next to it with its full headlights on.
The Mercedes truck is a huge statement! According to international website Car and Driver only 1000 global copies of the matte black SUV were produced by the German company.
This is the second SUV the artiste who hit the spotlight just last year has bought, in addition to his white Range Rover Velar which is estimated to cost about $60,300 (that is roughly around Sh.8.8 million)in retail price.
Ever since Asake stepped into limelight in 2022, he has continued to rise in fame and success. He just recently stunned the world as he sold out the famous multi purpose indoor 02 Arena in London.
Asake recently bagged not one, but two awards during the 2023 Headies. He even beat the likes of Rema and Burna Boy in the 'Album of the Year' category.
