Digital content creator, comedian, and actress Eunice Wanjiru, well known by her stage as Mammito, has asked Kenyans to extend grace to former boxer Congestina Achieng as she gives rehab a third chance.

Through her X account, Mammito acknowledged how crazy and overwhelming mental illnesses can be noting the recovery process is a long and trying journey.

"Mental illness is intense and takes time for someone to fully recover... it's a process and you can't put limits on when someone will fully recover," started off Mammito. 

 
 

The digital content creator went on to commend Congestina for her willingness to give rehab another chance even after relapsing.

Mammito went on to encourage Kenyans to extend grace to the former boxer and allow her to work through the journey gently.

 

"Her willingness to go to rehab is a step ,so be kind. Let her heal on her own pace!

Don't be harsh where kindness and love is needed," the last of Mammito's post read.

 
 

Earlier today, former Nairobi Governor Mike Sonko revealed he has decided to help former boxer Conjestina Achieng after she sadly went back to her old ways.

In an update, Sonko mentioned that Conje has been re-admitted to the Mombasa Women's Rehabilitation Centre.

He also disclosed that this is the last chance he would be giving the former boxer after being disappointed by her severally.
