Fast-rising Kenyan-based Nigerian Musician Kushy Kush has released a new tune ahead of his much anticipated EP.
Kush who was away from the music scene for some time divulged that he was on a mission to study the game and now he is back on the grind like never before.
His new tune dubbed ‘Like That’ tells the story of love, friendship, and Betrayal. The track falls perfectly in the trap genre - a genre that has been on the rise across the globe, especially among the Youth.
The video for the song was directed by Director by Winger while its audio was produced by producer Jazzy Bass Beatz.
“This is an expression of love, betrayal, friendship, hatred, and love for the street hustle, it's got a super Unique taste of Trap, its genre is a special one and this is a song you'd love to have on repeat,” Kushu Kush said.
Kushy Kush says that the new track is out to pave way for his EP which will be dropping very soon.
Kush’s first release was Money Monster, which featured the likes of activate the Blasterian in the year 2019. The song was produced by Brainy Beats.
After that, Kush went silent for a while with no uploads or releases coming from his way.
He says that he had embarked on a music review and study but now he is back with a banger. He disclosed that he is prepared to claim his spot among the top talents in the African continent.
“The song was written from an expression of betrayal, love, frenemies and the endless love for street hustling niggas for the love of the street is the benefit of leaving large,” he affirmed.
The tune is now available on all streaming platforms and his fans are in love with the new tune going by the comments left behind.
