Braces yourselves folks for another unconventional culinary adventure with Hollywood star Lupita Nyong'o as she scrumptiously feeds on a viper

Yes, you read that correctly! Lupita just ate a snake

Remember when she ate ants and broke the internet? Well yet again, the Black Panther star has thrown people into a frenzy after sharing a video of herself enjoying the selective West African delicacy.

Lupita who was vacationing in Benin decided to let her wild and adventurous side fly by indulging in the meal which notes mostly just tastes like chicken meat.

Sharing a video of her unboxing her meal while seated in a wooden seat outside a traditional looking middle class house. 

"Ladies and gentlemen you are about to witness me eat a Viper from Benin for the first time in my life!" announced the Mexican-Kenyan actress as she went on to remove a hotpot dish from a carrier bag revealing the contents of the bad.

At first, a squeamish Lupita was hesitant about trying the stewed snake meal noting even though it didn't look as scary as she thought it would, the fact that she knew it was a snake was still a little off-putting.

"I have never eaten a snake, hold up hold up. It doesn't look as scary as I thought it would kinda looks like chicken. Ugh it feels like a snake, I don't think I can do it," Lupita added as she hesitate with the meal on her plate.

She went on to let out little screams as she gave herself a pep talk to give the meal a try.

"It actually tastes like chicken," the 'US' star said a little disappointed upon taking her first bite.

She went on to take several bites, carefully avoiding the skin part of the meat as she gave a more detailed review of the viper stew.

"The texture is like chicken, and the flesh is like that of chicken, I am not into the skin though but I like this," and elated Lupita said noting she was glad she overcame her fears and gave the meal a try.

Captioning the video she wrote;
